Post-Workout Tropical Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen strawberry, mango & pineapple fruit mixture

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • Large handful of greens (I used spinach)

  • 1/2 cup OJ

  • 1/2-3/4 cup almond milk or other milk of choice

  • 1Tbsp ground flaxseeds (optional)

Add all ingredients to the blender, blend & enjoy!
