Alexis Jones, MS, RD, LD

As a Registered Dietitian, it is my goal to help you understand how to fuel your body to feel your best, perform your best, and have a healthy relationship with food. If you have struggled to find balance with food, feel as though you’ve tried everything and you are still not seeing and feeling results, or if you are just seeking general nutrition guidance, reach out. It is never too early or too late to get started!

Meeting with Alexis the first time, I felt like there were so many unknowns. I couldn't even think of the questions to ask.
